NEW LOGIN FOR OUR DOMAIN CUSTOMERS AT MERCATOR
As already communicated, due to the bankruptcy of our former Server-
Provider in the US we had to transfer all domains to a new server (faster and with better software), but we are still configuring and installing additional software. Therefore, there might still be some problems in the next days.
We apologize for the inconvenience!
Here are the new logins you have to use:
For accessing your site (chaning pages etc.):
username: your domain name without extension
password: your domain name without extension PLUS ONE
Example: Your domain is mygreatnewdomain.com
The username would be “mygreatnewdomain”.
The password would be “mygreatnewdomain1”
Your files are located in this directory:
/var/customer/webs/yourUsername/yourdomainname
BExample:
/var/customer/webs/mygreatnewdomain/mygreatnewdomain.com
But you don´t have to insert this path into your ftp programs, it´s sufficient to tell the program your login name and the files will end up in your www space.

For e-mail:
username: your full e-mail address
password: your domain name without extension PLUS ONE
Example: Your domain is mygreatnewdomain.com
The username would be “mygreatnewdomain@mygreatnewdomain.com”.
The password would be “mygreatnewdomain1”
You can access your e-mail with POP3 (Outlook etc.) or using our new improved online Webmail.
http://www.mygreatnewdomain.com/webmail
(You have to access using your full e-mail address and the username described above.)
Example: http://www.mygreatnewdomain.com/webmail
Control Center:
You can access the SiteAdmin (Control-Center) to change passwords, install and configure e-mail, ftp etc.
http://www.mygreatnewdomain.com/siteadmin/ (final slash is obligatory!)
Example: http://www.mygreatnewdomain.com/siteadmin/
With the same login as for the site access
(example: mygreatnewdomain/mygreatnewdomain1)
