New Zealand – Increase of filing fees
As part of the New Zealand Government’s plan to increase the Financial Markets Authority’s budget and its ability to act as the financial markets’ regulator, the FMA has decided to increase levies on the Companies Register effective from the 1st of July 2022.
This has resulted in increased fees for the following filings:
- Incorporating a company
- Filing financial statements under the Financial Market Conduct Act 2013 (FMC Act)
- Filing an annual return
