Bahrain: Annual Ultimate Beneficial Owner disclosure requirements
After the initial Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) registration with the MOIC (Ministry of Industry and Commerce), companies are obliged to renew their submitted UBO information on a yearly basis. This requirement applies regardless of whether there are any changes in the UBO. Annual filings must be completed within one year from the last UBO review or earlier if there is a change in the UBO structure or information.
