China – Changes to Company Law
Following formal approval on the 20th December 2024, The People’s Republic of China Company Law will be amended on the 1st of July 2024.
Currently the regulators are yet to provide detailed explanations on these amendments but they are likely to affect how Limited Liability Companies operate in China in the coming years.
