A new Phase of the New Inspection Regime in Hong Kong will begin soon
The introduction of the New Inspection Regime in Hong Kong which began with Phase I from the 23rd of August 2021, will proceed with Phase II from the 24th of October 2022.
Companies have to confirm the Directors’ correspondence addresses with the Companies Registry within 15 days after the start of Phase II.
