Ireland: Companies Registration Office mandatory online filings update

In accordance with S.I. No. 676/2021 – Companies Act 2014 (Section 897) Order 2021 (irishstatutebook.ie), there are number of forms that become mandatory online filings only as of 1 March 2022.

Other not indicated forms continue to be submitted via post until further update.
