Mercator® by Citco expands service delivery capability in Latin America

Mercator® by Citco (Mercator) is expanding its service delivery capability in Latin America with new offices in São Paulo, Brazil, and Mexico City, Mexico, opening in July 2026.

This expansion strengthens Mercator’s ability to deliver world‑class governance solutions by placing specialist expertise closer to clients operating across two of the region’s most significant and complex markets. It will enhance support for jurisdiction‑specific corporate governance requirements while maintaining Mercator’s globally consistent service standards.

As part of this development, Mercator will embed locally based legal expertise within its established global delivery framework. This model combines real‑time local regulatory insight with centralized oversight, coordinated processes and consistent controls – ensuring clients benefit from both proximity and scale.
