New deadline to file Annual Report in Denmark
The Danish Parliament has implemented a new legislation amending the Danish Financial Statements Act which now grants Danish Companies an additional month to file their Annual Report, extending it from 5 months after their Financial Year End to 6 months.
Starting from earlier this year, Danish Companies also have the option to amend their Articles of Association to extend the due date for holding their Annual General Meetings.
