People’s Republic of China: advantages of e-business license. Why to use it?
The Chinese authorities have recently started actively promoting companies to obtain and use electronic business licenses (e-business licenses), with an aim to improve efficiency in the Chinese business environment.
An e-business license simplifies authorization processes and may reduce cost and time expenditures on complex procedures.
Instead of carrying original business licenses to the local authorities, an e-business license allows legal representatives of the Chinese companies to authorize other employees or service providers to use it simply on their smart phones.
One more benefit is that legal representatives not residing in China can also perform authorizations.
Most importantly, the e-business license is easy to use and obtain.
