Spain: mandatory filing of annual Ultimate Beneficial Owner declaration
As of the 5th of July 2022, the UBO declaration becomes a mandatory part of annual accounts filing. Irrespective of UBO changes during the reporting period, the UBO declaration shall now be filed along with each submission of the annual accounts.
