Tanzania: introduction of UBO registration requirements

Tanzanian legislator has further clarified that submission of UBO’s particulars is not required to be filed together with annual returns annually. Companies are only required to file changes to UBO information with Business Registration and Licensing Agency within 30 days from the effective date of the change.
