UAE extends the deadline for updating AoA
Further to our update in January, the UAE has extended the due date for all DMCC companies’ adopting the new Articles of Association (AoA) to 31 March 2022, with no additional fees until this date only.
To avoid sanctions, entities must apply on the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Member Portal before the new deadline.
