Entica™ Functionality Updates – April 2022
What’s new with Entica™? We are always evolving and adding to Entica™’s functionalities to ensure that it supports our clients’ needs. In turn, here are some of the key updates that went live on the platform last quarter:
Enter keywords and get immediate results for all matching companies’ appointments, documents, requests and tasks across your entire entity portfolio in Entica™.
We are committed to keeping you safe. Our updated policies mean users are now able to receive authentication codes to both mobile and email, providing flexibility and security.
Change of director or company address that needs to be actioned quickly. Simply tick the *Priority* box and the specific task will be moved to the top of the queue – the Mercator client servicing team will then action as a priority.
Other important updates
- Multiple browser tab access with a single log in.
- Request termination of appointment, even when the termination date is not available.
- Portal User Session Time out warning after one hour of inactivity.
- Reduction in document load time to a couple of seconds.
